Before you write
If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator or GetYourGuide directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator, a hotel or the city’s tourist office, and we have no access to your booking.
For most planning questions, the answer is probably already here: the travel guide, the getting here guide and the best time to visit page between them cover almost everything people ask us.
What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- News about the Ještěd cable car, tram works or changed opening times.
- A café, hut, guide or trail that we have missed.
- Press, media and partnership enquiries.
